Source of Funding and Fee Details for Authors

1. Funding Model

Scholarly Insight Review (SIR) operates through a transparent and sustainable funding system. The journal’s operations are supported by the following channels:

Article Processing Charges (APC)

After a manuscript is accepted, authors contribute an APC which helps cover:

  • Editorial handling and manuscript management

  • Double-blind peer review coordination

  • Plagiarism and similarity checking

  • Copyediting and formatting

  • DOI registration and indexing

  • Online hosting and digital archiving

Institutional Support

The publisher, KIRAN Educational Research Center (SMC-Private) Limited, provides administrative, technical, and operational support to ensure smooth functioning of the journal.

Voluntary Academic Support

Occasional financial contributions from scholars, research groups, and academic institutions help strengthen the journal’s open-access mission.

Revenue from Print Copies

Income generated from optional printed issues contributes to printing, distribution, and archiving costs.

SIR maintains strict editorial independence and does not accept commercial advertising or funding that could influence editorial decisions.
